For those that want to generate a significant amount of rental enquiries we would suggest investing in an e-marketing package for your site. We offer two alternative packages dependent upon how much you are prepared to invest. E-Marketing is a labour intensive activity but if performed well can yield significant results and a strong return on investment.
Entry level e-Marketing Package
This is a basic package that will provide performance reports for your site, submission to 5 directories per month, 2 new inbound links per month, and optimisation of your website by our e-Marketing specialists. This package will significantly enhance the visibility and traffic to your site, but we can provide no actual guarantees of your search engine position against preferred keywords.
The cost of this package is 20€ per month, minimum period 6 months.
Pay-for-Performance e-Marketing Package
This is the premium package we offer that enables customers to pay only for the position their site appears on Google results against their chosen keywords. We will discuss your preferred keywords with you, suggest some of our own, and analyse the current popularity of the chosen keywords. We will then provide you with a quotation for monthly fees that vary dependent upon the average position of your site against the chosen keywords.
